1. Mettre le Campari, le vin et l’eau gazeuse au frigo..
2. Préparer le cocktail dans une grande carafe au moment de servir dans les proportions suivantes : 1 mesure de Campari, 1,5 mesure de vin blanc pétillant et une mesure d’eau gazeuse.
3. Pour une bouteille entière de vin cela vous donne donc les quantités suivantes : 75 cl de vin pétillant, 50 cl de Campari et 50 cl d’eau gazeuse, ce qui donne 1,75 litre de boisson.
4. Dans chaque verre déposer une olive dénoyautée plantée au bout d’une pique en bois et une rondelle d’orange sur le bord du verre pour la déco (chacun sera libre de la glisser dans son verre).
5. Ajouter des glaçons à votre convenance.
6. Verser enfin le mélange dans chaque verre.
